Layer 20

레이어20은 1939년 준공되어 변전소로 사용되었던 용산구 원효로의 산업건축물을 재해석한 복합 스튜디오입니다. 연면적 약 400평, 총 4개 층으로 구성되어 있으며, 오래된 콘크리트와 견고한 기둥 구조가 공간 특유의 분위기를 만들어냅니다. 1·2층은 층고 6.2m의 개방적인 공간이며, 층고 4m의 3층은 자연광이 유입되는 야외 테라스와 연결됩니다. 촬영을 비롯해 브랜드 행사, 전시, 팝업 등 다양한 형태로 활용할 수 있습니다.

Layer 20 reinterprets an industrial building on Wonhyo-ro, Yongsan, completed in 1939 and once used as an electrical substation. Around 1,300㎡ across four floors, its aged concrete and solid column structure give the space its particular atmosphere. The first and second floors are open spaces with a 6.2m ceiling; the third floor, with a 4m ceiling, opens onto an outdoor terrace filled with natural light. Suitable for shoots, brand events, exhibitions and pop-ups.
